Gareth is a lifelong athlete and competitor, with a well established background in wrestling, competing since he was 11 years old. He holds honors of 2003 FHSAA All-American, and was runner-up in the Florida State championship finishing his senior year with a record of 41-1. Gareth is now an MMA Fighter with a record of 10 wins and 3 losses. He is also an CrossFit certified instructor, ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer. He has been training alongside UFC Fighters, Dean "The Boogieman" Lister, Shannon Gugerty, Hermes Fraca, and Thierry Sokoujdou.

Now a personal trainer and CrossFit instructor at Victory MMA and Fitness in San Diego advancing every area of his fight game on a daily basis.
